Webmail is our email hosting online client. This is available for all customers who have email hosting with us.

The username and password to log into webmail can be found in your thepacific.net welcome email.If you do not have the correct login credentials, please thepacific.net by creating a support ticket. This can be done online, email or calling. 

If you are familiar with your DOMAIN name, here is the best method to access your webmail account.

Please use the the following URL: http://DOMAIN/webmail for example:

yourname@silkweb.net.nz would use the URL: http://silkweb.net.nz/webmail

Once you have been presented with a login box. Enter your login credentials to proceed.
