Record your voicemail greetings

To record a message directly on the phone, dial *97 and enter the mailbox number and mailbox PIN. The first time you do this, you will be taken through the steps of configuring the mailbox. If the mailbox has been set up previously then press option 5. You will be prompted to record your greeting message or your temporary greeting.

Alternatively you can use a prerecorded message from your computer.

Our phone system supports MP3, wav and OGG files. We would recommend a WAV. with a sample rate of 1600khz, mono channel, and less than 5 megabytes.
