I am experiencing poor call quality

  • Check your Internet speed, particularly in the upload direction: Perform a speedtest (http://www.speedtest.net/). Each call needs about 80k of data plus any other traffic that might be on your network.
  • Check the call quality on an internal call: Dial 1000 from your phone and you should hear a smooth tone.
  • If call quality issues continue, contact support.
