How to port your number

Number port can be requested by contacting support. The following information will be required:

  • The number you wish to port
  • Your full name as it appears on your current telecommunications account
  • The account number for your current telco provider
  • Your preferred day and time for the port. Porting will only take place during business hours.

Please do not contact your current provider and ask for the line to be cancelled until after you have received notification that the port has completed.

Our recommendation is to email a photo or scan of your current telecommunications bill.
